    I am 6' tall, 55 y/o, #178.9, find my weight creeping up since menopause & especially around my waist, which didn't happen till my forties @ all! Am going to try carb counting, so rejoined MFP by buying the premium app for a year, so I can finally get back to the #160's @ least !
