Hello all - thought id share a huge NSV.. I'm a jeans and t-shirt kinda guy so I haven't had the need to get new dress pants and a shirt until today. My last pair of dockers are a 52 waist, I just bought a pair of 40 waist and a size 18 shirt.
For comparison:
Last October my pants were 52's today 40's - 6 size difference
Last October my shirt size was a 24 big (4x) today was 18 (2x)
It felt awesome to be able to shop in the normal section of the store and not be limited to big and tall. The only down side is in a month they will be to big again :-)
Now im motivated to do some weights before lunch!!

Great job. Keep it up.
I threw out most of my old clothes but kept one pair of 46" waist jeans just to remind me of where I started. I also bought a pair of 32" waist jeans to remind me of my goal, which is still about 3 months away.0 -

Awesome! Going shopping and having things fit "correctly" is one of my hopeful goals. Of course, I learned long ago that designers don't seen to appreciate that not all women have big hips/butts and tiny little waists. Even thin, I'm sure I'll still struggle to find jeans that right me in the waist AND the legs / butt (which are usually 2 sizes smaller, lol). Oh well, at least I won't be shopping the plus size sections any longer.
I want to NEVER step foot in Lane Bryant again....0 -
Totally awesome! Keep up the great work! You are worth it! Blessings!0
