Blisters on ... Thighs?

I've recently re-discovered my love for biking. It's hard, and I'm not overly confident yet like I was years ago, but it feels great.
The problem is, this last time I was out on the trails, I came home and noticed my inner thighs were very very sore. Not muscles, but something else.
I have BLISTERS, one on each inner thigh up towards my panty line. They are huge and hurt.
I've had something similar before from overheating, but nothing like this.
Does anyone else get these? Is there something I can do to prevent them?
(been to the doc and he had no ideas I haven't already tried, so figured I'd see if anyone else had the same thing and had success)

I have gotten them many times before. I am a cyclists and I would highly recommend buying womans bike shorts with the padding in the crotch. I know they look horrible, I freaked out the first time I wore them cause of how it looked like I was wearing a diaper. Once you get over any mental blocks you have about them you will appreciate and love them. They range in price around 50 dollars and are worth every penny.0

Thanks! I don't care about looks. If they help, that's all that matters0

As a cycling person that got fat over the years, I came to discover that problem myself, I mean heck, my thighs rub each other and I can get those blisters even from daily walking! I just recently got myself cycling underwear and it helps a lot! No more blisters here! If you don't want biking shorts or ride your bike in colder times, maybe underwear will work better for you. You still get to wear whatever shorts you want, just keep in mind the underwear usually goes all the way down to just above your knees, they are cheaper (I got mine for 25$) and they keep you dry!0
