Hello, I'm new to the boards and needed some insight on weight loss.

Wen I started on this app, I lost 10lbs in first month. I thought it was great, but now I have only lost 1 to 2 lbs in the last 2 months.

What am I doing wrong? It's frustrating but I don't want to give up.

Thank you.

We need more information - how much do you eat, weigh, workout? Age?

Sounds like you are doing well - not gaining, logging, and still losing. If the question is how to lose faster, it depends. My first 36 pounds came off in 90 days - the last 10, 90 more days.

Keep going, and makes you are sleeping enough, drinking enough water, etc. I am all about dense nutrition these days. But we are all at different levels in our fitness. I advise tweaks - more sleep, more water, try uping protein, lowering non nutrient dense carbs, etc.

    Eat 1800 cals.
    That should fix you up.

1200 calories a day plus your exercise calories burned though, right? Because that's how the MFP set up works.
