Ny steak

Is 6 ounces of new york steak a week bad for ft loss? I cut it off the bone and cut off all te visible fat

    No its not. I eat steak every week and just be sure it fits into your goals and you're good to go! :wink:

    As long as it fits in your calories go ahead and enjoy it :) I'm in maintenance and I eat steak several times a week, cooked in butter:)

    yum! just get as lean as you can.
    I prefer skirt steak on a salad or with pasta and peppers.

    With BBQ season in full swing here in Canada I probably eat steak twice/week. I don't like NY though, not enough fat. My preference is for Ribeye and I only cut nerves off, fat's fair game :)

    Never saw a NY steak that had any bone it it unless I was cutting it off a T-bone or porterhouse.
