30 day shred results

I've lost a total of 1 lb which got me to my goal weight of 120 lbs. But I've lost a total of 16 inches from my body from Day to day 27. I know it's not the full 30 days I will continue but I don't expect to lose many more inches if any from this, next up I'm doing Insanity and am super excited to see the results from that...

I have done the 30 day shred twice before but never made it this far in it, I always got bored with it but I pushed through anyway this time.

    WOW girl! Looks awesome. I wish I was your age- back then I could take the weight off with hard work and calorie deficit. You have done both and had great success. I think a miracle is what I am going to need...but I still look to you as inspiration!

    I'm doing 30 DS along with Kumba and other cardio excercises. I hope my results are as good as yours....great inspiration.

    Thanks, but you can get just as good results or better, just push hard. The harder you push the better your results.

    Thanks and I'm rooting you guys one who are getting into the 30 day shred. It does get boring and you start to want to quit but don't! I wish I would have stuck through it all the last 2 times but got it right this time.

    this is great!! :) I just finished day 10 today. I was going to take some pics but it's my TOM so I don't think the pics would be the best indicator, so will keep on trekking forward!! Hopefully I have some great results like you!! :D

    With the warm up and cool down it is about 28 minutes long.

    I also jog not all the time but I do jog. I never did the one for beginners but just as Jillian says "If you want results like these, they aren't coming for free" it's not easy, a lot of people get bored with it but a lot of people think it's going to be easy and quit because it's a lot more challenging then they give it credit for.
