just had a strawberries and cream yogurt cup (trader joe's brand, full fat) mixed with nonfat plain greek yogurt and topped with nature's path flax plus bran flakes. tasted a LOT like a strawberry ice cream cone. I had the two yogurts in about a 1:2 ratio for better protein-to-sugar-to-fat stats (this is my lunch), but if you were having it as a treat I bet you could get away with skipping the greek altogether :) the 4 oz. yogurt cup plus about 1/4-1/2 cup cereal would end up at about 200 cals. om nom nom.

I make a peanut butter ice cream that's 30 calorie for 1/2 cup and a coconut ice cream that's 36 calories for a half cup and put it in a cone that's 20 calories.

justsomerando, could you tell us the recipe? I LOVE coconut.

I freeze pitted black cherries for an occasional summer treat. High in sugar but high in nutrition too, yummy.

The coconut one is 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2tsp raw coconut flour, a couple spoonfuls of splenda or your sweetener of choice. Then you do the two ziploc bag method to make ice cream. If you don't know what I'm talking about look up how to make ice cream on YouTube.
