stair climbing

I work on the 6th floor of a hospital, and I am taking the stairs up/down each day. I cannot find on MFP, under exercises the correct keywords to bring up "taking the stairs." Any help would be appreciated.

I think that it was at the bottom of the "walking" category and counted in minutes.

Anyone have any idea of what constitutes "light" and "heavy" cleaning? Thanks!

I am looking for the same thing. I take the stairs to my 9th floor office. I want to enter it as exercise (my fitbit doesn't count stairs in the calorie count, which is good b/c it thinks a gust of wind is a flight of stairs!), but only see a stair climber listed for cardio activity. I guess it would be ok, but would rather just be able to enter the # of flights.

'Walking' is a lot easier than stairs!

My best guess for light and heavy cleaning would be the difference between dusting/doing dishes and moving furniture to sweep and vacuum.
