Hey everyone! I haven't been on here for a while which was helpful for me in the long run! I have been really focusing on my recovery from anorexia and I feel like I am in a better mindset than I used to be! However, now that I'm doing my meal plan and have put back on the weight I have lost, my body image is just horrible. I have been training for a 5k that I am doing in July and hoping that the exercise will help me tone my legs and body overall while losing fat. Does anyone have an exercises that help thin out the legs and help the core? I was also hoping for an honest opinion of me now. My mind sees one thing, which is someone who NEEDS to go back on a diet to lose, even though there's all this evidence around me that I'm "healthy". I'm scared of what I really look like to people and just want complete, honest answers. I'll post my picture on my profile, so take a look at tell me what you think please. Thanks so much!

You look very thin.. so no I doubt you need to diet
Have you tried lifting weights or doing any kind of exercise that helps over all muscles (pilates?). Running will help with leg muscles but also burn allot of energy so might be counter productive to recovering fron the ED (I dont know though, just guessing!) depending on what you want, you might want to add in lunges, squats and such (gives niiiice bottom ) and some core exercises for your back and stomac.
