Feel free to add me. I log everyday and workout often as well. I should mention that I don't eat clean at every meal so my diary might not be the best choice. I eat what I want so long as it fits in my calories for the day. And I have consistently lost one lb a week since joining this site.

Me tooI'm here multiple times a day! I work on my computer from home so have to be logged in a minimum of 8 hours a day -- I run two monitors (one for work, one for whatever else) so I constantly log in -- in part to read the forums and in part because as I eat throughout the day I log in and make any adjustments to my diary as needed after the meal (or during if it's lunch or a snack while I'm working)...anyway, I'm blabbing on but you get the point
