Hello all, how come it's so hard to keep the level of carb intake down?
My rest day calorie intake and macros are as follows.
Calorie Intake - 1791
Protein - 179
Carbs - 90 <---- (low?)
Fat - 40
I'm on intermittent fasting and eat as shown below on a given day for meal 1

I get the fact that a lot of carbs would be coming from the chocos - but hey I want to have fun in my breakfast...
Any other substitutes that worked for you guys/gals? - Food which do not have a whole lot of carbs?
Asking because I don't know if I can continue to stomach a lot of quantity of food and still get 1000 calories meals...
Thanks all!!

bread and breakfast cereal are carbohydrate concepts.
Bacon and egg is a traditional breakfast, and carb free.0 -
you suggest increasing the egg intake?
Bacon - well the only accessible one for me is all fat...0 -
Fat isn't bad for you, especially if you're also eating low carb ^_^0

Go to a better shop then, or pick a different meat.
If you didn't eat so much fruit, bred, fries, pizza and cereal you would hit your carb target easily.
I don't really know what you question is ?0 -
I make huge salads with lots of vegetables, meats, fat.
Green leafy vegetables, packed full of nutrients, low in carbs..........cook in fat.0 -
