I'm definitely not new to fitness. Matter of fact. I've been pretty active my whole life.
Yet, I'd like to achieve a higher level of fitness and get rid of some of this fat!!
My goal in life is to be in law enforcement and help people in more ways then the average law enforcement career taker. Dedicate myself fully to helping others.
In order to do this, I need to be as fit as I can possibly be.
I am a short 5'2 and weigh 170 pds. I'd like to get to 130pds.
I'd like to be able to run a mile and a half in 13 minutes.
I have never been very good at running. I've lived with second hand smoking most of my life and now my lungs are not exactly the best.
My strength lies in my endurance and power.
but I'd like to be an all around individual and believe strongly that losing weight will help me get the results.
In not just looking better, but being better.

Hi,
I am short like you and need to lose another 13 pounds to get my BMI at a normal range. My problem seems to occur over time. I have to stay at it and not lose focus. I am getting ready to go on vacation this week and am needing support from like minded people:drinker: just like you. I want to be a support to you too.
