Hello everyone. I started on June 9th. Im 25, 6'0''. My goal is 200lbs from 235lbs. I dont really have much support but this site. Any support from anyone is very appreciated.

    You are welcome to add me! For ths is my last year dealing with my weight. I bought a a Fitbit flex to make me accountable for my daily steps and movitation too. I am losing my weight the Heathly way.
