Hello! New here :)

Hello! I am new here and not 100% sure how to use the site yet but I am striving to lose at least 20 more lbs if not more....I started at around 195 lbs roughly 2 months ago and am down to 172 lbs. I started a low carb, sugar/gluten free, high protein diet but I am not very active and don't know where to start with exercising...to say the least, I'm not fond of it, but mostly I just don't know what sort of exercises to do. I have tried to start P90x/Blogilates but it just feels so difficult to finish and I become winded. :(

I have hit a plateau with losing weight so here I am. I definitely feel healthier....I started to diet because my hormones were very imbalanced and causing me health issues....my hormones are much more balanced now (no more crazy breakouts and regular periods, yay!) but I also want to keep pushing so that I am not so ashamed to hide from the camera...

It is nice to meet you all and reading success stories is incredibly inspiring. I hope that I may be able to help myself so that I may inspire others as well!

    I started out with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred- it can be found on YouTube. I grew bored with it by stage 3 even though I did lose some inches. After that I found out about fitnessblender.com- I bought their 8 week fitness program for $1.50 and that is what I have been doing! I am on week 5 and I am not bored!i actually look forward to seeing what my workout will be for the day! Hope this helps! Good luck!
