Hi!
So this week I finished at about 900-800 calamity under my goal (daily its 1200 and I sometimes eat back my exercise cals ) what I was wondering was- if I underage a bit last week and managed to loose almost 2kg, if I ate up to 1200you everyday this week and was to eat all my exercise cals, would it be possible that my weight will go up by next week seeing as I lost quite alot from eating under what I should have been? Or am I like at this weight now and will continue to lose from here as I am still eating at a deficit. Basically wondering if its possible to gain or not. Hope thats clear! Thankyou!

A few days should not make a significant difference to your metabolism. Any gains you might see would be due to additional retained water and additional food/waste matter in the intestinal system. Try to get as close to your calorie goals as you can each day. Missing on a few days here and there won't make a huge difference, but if you make a habit out eating too few, you can do a lot of damage to your metabolism. I would go ahead and eat your full calorie amoutn, including eating back all exercise calories.0

You need to gain weight consistently for 4 weeks to be sure you're eating more than you're using.
Otherwise you'll react to random +/- 2 lb weight changes in water and the like as if they were fat.0
