how to pinch shoulder blades back when pressing

Hello i wanted to ask iv been strugling with my pressing iv been reading i should pinch them back i was wondering how i can pinch them back

You don't actually have to "pinch" anything. Just move your shoulders down and back as far as you can. And when pressing, assuming that you are talking about chest exercises, do not move your shoulders up. Your shoulders should stay at same point, only your triceps and chest is working. As example of what not to do lie in a push up position on floor and lock your arms. Push yourself up and down only using shoulders and not your arms. That is motion you wanna avoid when pressing for chest.0

have someone hold a stick to the center of your back. squeeze your shoulderblades together until you feel the stick between them WITHOUT shrugging up. practise this until you know how it feels , then do it while pressing.
edit: i forgot: also arch your back.0
