If someone could please take a look at this routine and tell me what it would be logged as if I decided to do this one. I would greatly appreciate it. I get different results on different sites and I am just looking for the most accurate.

Jump Rope 1 min.

Push ups 30 sec./donkey kick 30 sec.

Jump Rope 1 min.

Push ups 30 sec./donkey kick 30 sec.

Push ups 30 sec./donkey kick 30 sec.

    I would log it as circuit training, but you're not going to get an accurate calorie burn unless you use a heart rate monitor or something like that. Calorie burns vary greatly, especially when it comes to circuit training because not only does it depend on your body's individual energy expenditure, it also depends on how much weight you're using, how much or little rest you're taking, etc.

    Get a heart rate monitor. Mine (Polar FT4) converts HR to calories burned. Then just log it as such. Polar has a bunch of different models to choose from too.
