Hi everyone,
Just wondered what are the more healthier optinons from an Indian take away. I assume any of the tomato based dishes like rogan josh rather than creamy ones like korma. Am I right?

kurmas are full of sugar, they tase sweet when you eat them... to be fair every curry dish out there are manufactured slop with extra grease in the sauce..
on face value i would say the mixed grill with boiled rice however saying that even the lamb patty stuff will be full of grease and additives.
so baically anything chicken/whole meat and non fried rice
i generally go to an all you can eat sit down and just pick out all the whole meats and add some salad..
saying that everything in moderation, including moderation.... have one every two weeks and dont worry about the content...0 -
