smith machine squat bar

Do i count the bar on the smith machine squat machine when I add weight too it?

    Yes! It's weight so you count it.

    Don't use the Smith machine. Useless machine that will ruin your knees. If you're going to squat, use free weights.

    Not entirely useless...Its great for putting your towel on, and front dips are easy on it also. Squatting though, ya...no good.

    I also found today that its very useful for doing different level push ups on the bar. :happy:

    Count the bar - 35lbs - just don't count the squats. ;_)
