Do i count the bar on the smith machine squat machine when I add weight too it?

Not entirely useless...Its great for putting your towel on, and front dips are easy on it also. Squatting though, ya...no good.0 -

I also found today that its very useful for doing different level push ups on the bar. :happy:0 -
Count the bar - 35lbs - just don't count the squats. ;_)0
