I know yoga is under cardio. Strange I know, but that's the one I use to log it, I do adjust slightly since I have checked my pulse throughout my workout and know more closely to how many calories I have burned0

I now when I do Yoga my heart rate doesn't increase enough for me to log it. I may burn 30 calories more an hour cause my heart rate hits 50% max.0

Tai Chi is listed under cardio, and the amount burned is just a little more than walking, which seems about right to me, especially if it's YMCA Tai Chi instead of the 'good stuff.' If the good stuff burns more than that, I'm ok with recording the lesser amount. (The good stuff coordinates all parts of the body, and includes lots of core work.) I wouldn't call it cardio either way, but there it is.0
