Hi, my sister and I also have PCOS . My sister has 2 children, what she done to help with conception was lose weight, she pushed herself to drop the weight in order to help, she also got IVF treatments on the NHS, i'm not too sure where you're from unfortunately. She took multi vitamins daily to help boost and she got tablets prescribed by the doctor to help with her estrogen levels.0

After twenty years, two infant losses, and three miscarriages, I finally brought my baby home. He is two now.
Some things that helped me:
1. South Beach diet
2. Metformin
3. Meditation
4. Exercise.0
