    Right now, it's a bowl of Cheerios with almond milk - not feeling too good. Might have something more substantial later.

    I had 1.5 avocados, baked beans, mussels, baby plum tomatoes(grape tomatoes) and broccoli, carrots, babycorn and sugarsnap peas mixed.

    We drove home from vacation,arriving tired with lots to be sorted/ put away.Husband ordered a small cheese pizza.Was going to top with fresh veggies,but just ate them on the side.A nice serving of watermelon later for a snack.All was yummy.Tomorrow it's back to planning meals ahead of time.

    Tonight is grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts that marinaded all day in Zesty Italian dressing and low carb coleslaw. Yum yum! :)

    Last night it was an inch thick porterhouse, with an artichoke, whipped maple bacon mustard, and a salad made from my own garden.

    Mozzarella and turkey ham 'croque monsieur', with a dash of cayenne chili and oregano, with a side of lettuce, radishes and mushrooms and one or two wedges of cantaloupe. Followed by a blueberry yogurt :drinker:

    Thin cut bone-in Rib Eye Steaks, and some type of vegetable. Probably a baked sweet potato or steamed spinach.
  • 8 oz's of Swai, some broccoli, and a couple baby bell peppers is the plan.
  • Baked chicken wings with wine - my normal Monday dinner with my Non-profit volunteer group :)
