Supplement question,,,,,

I've always been a little hesitant on taking supplements for some reason, but I've been reading about creatine. I've just started running a about 2 months ago and plan on starting to lift soon. Anyone use it or is it a waste? Jim 43 if it makes a difference....

Creatine can make minor differences in strength gains while lifting. It may also increase the onset of male pattern baldness.
I don't think it's worth it IMO, especially for a newbie lifter.0 -
