From losing weight to Maintance

Hi everyone,
I just so love this site.
I reached my dream goal weight this morning so I am just so excited.
I will loose a couple more just to give me a buffer but my question is how does one go from losing weight to maintaining current weight..

Congrats, the best thing to do is add in calories slowly, and don't change anything else other than maybe reduce workouts slightly (depending on what you were doing to lose weight).
What is your current weight loss per week set at? If you are at 1.5 lbs/week change it to 1.0 for one week then 0.5 for another week then change to maintenance and enjoy the extra food while still eating healthy.0 -
Thanks, it is set to 2 lbs per week, never thought about going in there to change the settings.
Going to just loose a couple more and then I'll switch over to maintance slowly.0 -

That's a good question.
I'm in the same situation...lost what I wanted to lose, but trying for a couple more just as a buffer, then I was going to ask the same thing about maintenance. Thanks for asking first, now I now the answer. Thanks MFP memembers!0
