      I mean ONEDERLAND :-)

      It's been almost 10 months, and I haven't been at this weight since I was in Jr. High School. I tell people that It's a result from diet and exercise, and basically changing everything about my life - facing addictions, pains, and hardships.

      I am signed up to run a marathon in less than 3 weeks, and this is the first time I have ever been a "runner" because fat people hate to run (and that was me). I am so excited and nervous.

      MFP has been instrumental with accountability and motivation, and with family and friends support keeps me going in the right direction.

      Here's to Changing Your Life!!!!

      Holy smokes! You look incredible! When I imagine the monumental amount of weight you've lost it makes me feel so silly for being discouraged about losing 30lbs! If someone out there can lose 133lbs, I've got NO EXCUSE! Thanks for posting this, I'm so happy for you!
