My first NSV

I actually had to tie my pants today...I wear scrubs to work and normal the elastic in the back holds them up just fine but today i had to tie the drawstrings also :) This is just the nsv that i need because i was feeling down, but not anymore :)

    Congrats! Often I find the NSV's even more satisfying than a drop in the scale on any given weigh in :)

    I agree with the others, it is nice to see the scales go down but it is when your clothes get too loose that you really know you are getting somewhere. Congrats!!
