Thought i'd add my story (Pictures)

(Open the image to see the full the picture)

Well started off last year about 19 stone , From January to may i got down to 15 stone. As soon as i became more active and started getting my lifestyle plan in order it became second nature. Things i had to change to loose weight.

I no longer drink full sugar fizzy drinks
I no longer eat takeaways
I no longer touch fatty snacks IE pepperamis crisp's and chocolate
I no longer sit around all day , i try to walk every day and i exercise everyday
I completely cut out caffeine

And im sure there's more , when i was about 17 years old (Now 24) I started piling on the pounds due to my diagnose of borderline personality disorder , i had to commit to 2 years of intense therapy before i was allowed to see my daughter and son. Thankfully i committed to it over the 2 years. See at the time i was suicidal , i had a pretty poor upbringing which affected my mental health during my teenage to adult years , im still in and out of therapy and have plenty of time on my hands due to not being able to work. I cant form relationships like a normal person , its difficult for me to interact with others online and offline.

So that's the summary , here's the pictures below. Hopefully you will all the see the difference.

I suck as low as a person could go , and i still brought myself back up. Im proud of that and i don't often find it easy to say im proud of myself.

Great job!!! you must be one awesome "Dad"
To commit to getting healthy to see your kids. I know a lot of people that won't even admit that they even have issues therefore can't commit to treatment only do the minimum to get by to see their kids. sounds like you are going beyond because of the love for your kids and love now for yourself don't give up.
Big pats on the back to ya!!

timeline confuses me..... two years ago, 2 months later, 3 months later, 4 months later.... that leaves 15 or 20 months unaccounted for depending on how you read it....

Threw out those months nothing was recorded , those pictures where dug up from a relative's facebook page , i stuck myself on a strict diet from January up to now. I didn't plan to create a timeline it wasn't a process for me , i just worked out roughly when first photo was taken and attached more recent ones to show the difference from 2 years me to now me.
