200 ARM CIRCLES

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Tell us what you did!

I usually do these at my desk after i stretch my legs =D Not usually 200, though.
No weights at work, so I did it w/o em. 50 forwards and 50 backwards, a break, then repeat =P0 -
I ended up doing 300 - I did forward, backward, (100 each) and with arms
out in the front of me (50 each way), forward and backward.
Just amazed at how much my shoulders feel them.0 -
Finished! I did 250 with 2lb weight in each hand forward and backwards! Love mini challenges that you can doing while at work!0
