I am a 29 year old guy from the UK, looking for some more mfp's.
I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and partake in spinning, crossfit, weight lifting and boxing.
I am a encouraging pal to have on board and a friendly guy too.

Hi,
I'm also based in the UK, Train around 7 times a week, Powerlifting, Kickboxing, Strongman Training.
Am bulking at the moment, before re-assessing and either bulking more\recomping\cutting

Hey! I'm from the UK,.
My exercise regime mainly involves walking my dog....and that's about it! It seems to be working though

I'm from London! Currently off exercise as I have knackered my neck/shoulder somehow but I'm normally in the gym three times a week doing a combo of lifting and cardio, as well as netball, trampolining, kettlebells and running.0

I use to weigh 350lbs , I lost 150 pounds on my on before this site. I do alot of cardio and weight training. I am in the gym 4 or 5 times a week. I am 5'6 currently at 165 lbs . So it is a constant push I want to be around 130 to 140 lbs. If I can do it I know you can The support and motivation you get on here keeps you going. Feel free to add me if you need an extra motivating buddy
