Is there a best time to weigh yourself?

I've always just weighed myself whenever I felt like it. But, now that I'm onto a routine and want to keep track I weigh myself once a week. I usually weigh myself in the morning (after I eat) or just before I go to bed. So, (as my subject asks) - is there a "best" time of day to weigh yourself?

I always weigh first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything. As long as you are weighing yourself at the same time and in similar clothing I guess it really would not matter.0

I don't know why, but I weigh less after breakfast than I do first thing when I wake up, so I usually weight around 11 am.0

On Friday morning after the bathroom with no clothes on. Every little bit helps0

You should always weigh yourself at roughly the same time and under the same circumstances...other than that, it doesn't matter.0

I usually weigh in the morning, after I've used the restroom, before I consume anything, naked AND the morning after a rest (no exercise) day.
The morning after a rest day so that my muscles aren't retaining water from heavy lifting. The other reasons are pretty self explanatory.0 -

I have no idea why but I always weigh least at 8 a.m. regardless of when I wake up. I am guessing everyone is different.0
