Hello everyone:

Does anyone have a recipe for low calorie turkey meatloaf that you would like to share with me & my better 1/2.

  Mine is very simple!
  
  1lb lean ground turkey
  salsa (whatever you like).
  1 egg
  Just enough bread crumbs to bind.

  You don't have to do it as petite loaves, but I find it helps with portion control.
