Need help estimating calories in meal!

I'll be making a crock pot pasta dish this week and I have to clue how to figure out the calories in the dish because everything is mixed together. I'd love some help figuring out a rough estimate.

Here's the ingredients:

2 large boneless chicken breasts (1.67 lbs)
1 package 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese
1 packet zesty italian dressing seasoning
2 small cans (16 oz combined) reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 box rotini pasta

All of this is mixed together in the crock pot. If I eat 1 cup, how many calories would you say I'd be taking in? It's about 2800-3000 calories altogether, but it makes a lot - I'm just not sure how much it makes exactly.

    Your can enter it as a recipe on this site. You are going to have to come up with how much the recipe makes because there is no way of knowing how much a cup is if you don't know how many cups you made.

    Use the recipe builder. Then measure out how many cups it made and make that the number of servings. So 5 cups = 5 servings, and then the recipe builder will figure the calories for you.

    Might be a good idea to measure the size of your crock pot first, then make sure you fill it up. That way you don't have to measure the food afterward, which would be much harder. I added water by the cup to my crock pot, so now I know how many cups of food there are when it's full, 3/4 full, etc.

    If you have a food scale, another way to divide your recipe into servings is by weight. Put a bowl on your scale, hit "tare" and weigh the whole lot, then divide and weigh out your servings.
