Sauces
Anybody got any healthy sauce recipes well as healthy as can be or healthy choices out there? I won't touch diet makes as they seem worse than normal.
I'm really struggling with eating, I'm so use to drowning food in mayo, salade cream, Tom sauce, chicken sauces parsley sauces ect. And I want to stay away from high fats.

I'm not great with making sauces, but instead of Mayo, I now use fat free Greek yoghurt - and mix in korma paste and curry spices, or garlic paste- makes good aioli! Or even yoghurt and green pesto- means you can have the same flavours but just a creamier version? I love it with chopped up veg!
When I'm cooking chicken now, or something along those lines, I use a lot more spices and curry pastes, and a griddle pan- I find you still get really good flavour without all the calories from sauces, but as I said, I'm not a great cook so that just works for me!0 -
