no more emotional eating done#

time to quite letting my emotions get the best of me and pay attention to what i'm eating and feeling and work out like it's my job ... The fatter I get the worser I feel on the inside this food for comfort has got to go.......

  • I am also an emotional eater! I eat when I'm board, sad, mad, happy and even when I'm not hungry! I'm with you, it's time to take control of my life and not let life control me!

    Emotional eating is huge for me, too. When I'm particularly stressed, I go to see what kind of food I can find in the fridge. Considering stress = cortisol production and cortisol = belly fat, adding more food to the equation really isn't helping me - at all!

    Yes you remind me a lot of me we are in for a ride in our weight loss, being a emotional eater is one of the hardest things in weight loss to over come. I would rather be fat just cause I'm hungary all the time and like to eat seconds, but no I get stuck with being a emotional eater.
