What can you not say no too?

ive been on this diet for a week and a half.. all the food is prepared i just add fruit veg dairy rice pasta etc when needed to make up the calories BUT im being teased by my family with all my favourite meals and treats and im finding it Increasingly hard to say NO!
i resisted the ben&jerry phish food, chicken rogan josh at my fave resturant but couldnt say no to a few midget gems.. it wont hurt , i just hope someone doesnt put tirimassu in my face!

i can resist jsut about everyhting now that i dont want to eat, i think my hardest thing to stay away from is hamburgers. its not the fat that i worry about, id just get a chicken burger or something like that but the carbs are my enemy! i just got back from an overnight backpacking trip and i was eating carbs the whole time basically and of course the not so good kind, protein bars with lots of sugar in them and so on so forth, needless to say the lines for my 6 pack went away..... but in a couple days ill be back to base and good to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Booze! I don't drink often and when I do, it's not much - but I like a good bourbon. It's not exactly low cal though.
ALTHOUGH! Those smirnoff? sorbet low calorie vodkas are pretty great with a fresca0 -
I don't say no to anything. I eat what I want, make sure it fits into my calorie goal and that I'm hitting (or exceeding) my target protein and fat numbers.0

Thai food. Specifically the place right by my work which does not offer nutritional information. But it is sooooo freakin good. I only go there once in a while and plan for it.0

food - uh, no huge struggle there when turning down something, however, once a month it is brutal turning down salty foods and chocolate, stupid TOM -_-0 -

I have that same problem only with women.0 -
Pizza....And a lot of others, I weigh over 300lbs, I love food. However, through MFP, I can log first if I know I'm going to have something or if something just pops up, I find out how much one serving is and then help myself. So far it's working, in Feb I weighed 351 and just today I got down to 328.10.0
