I'm so sorry for posting this. I feel bad for talking about this so much but I just need to vent. I need someone to talk to and I'm just at a loss. Today was a really hard day for me. I was having a great time celebrating Father's Day with my dad and the rest of my family and I was taking pictures with them. I was feeling uncomfortable in my dress but challenged myself to stay in it. It's more form fitted at top and I'm used to wearing baggy clothes so I just felt off with it. Then I went through my pictures and broke down inside. All I saw was someone who needed to lose a ton of weight. Nothing looked good. I have shut down since then. I ended up not finishing my meal plan today, and I know that will just feed into my anorexia, so tomorrow I'm going to try really hard to get it all in. I just hate how big I've gotten. I'm at a loss. I hate this.

You need to finish your meal plan it not healthy to stave yourself. I am a mom and I know that if you where my daughter I would tell you the same thing your not fat you a healthy young woman how has been mislead by the media go eat Hun. You parents would want you too and go talk to some one about your anorexia tomorrow at school if it is still in session where you live. A counselor.0

Don't feel bad, It is always the best thing to confide in people to get things off your chest. My dear, you look like you have a beautiful figure. It's not only about the weight, this site also encourages healthy living. That includes a healthier body and mind. I suggest that you speak to a counselor or someone who can help you through this. We are here to encourage you but it always helps to have someone there face to face. PLEASE EAT! Because you really do not want your body to go into starvation mode. It'll actually hold on to everything, so please at least eat fruits and vegetables daily as those things regulate your system and give u the nutrients you need without any unwanted fat0 -
As someone who has had issues in the past with disordered eating, I can only emphasize how important it is that you seek counseling. It sounds like you're dealing with the issue (which is a good start!), but it's instances like these when it's vital to your recovery to speak to someone who can help keep you on track.0

Thank you so much for your reply! It means a lot to me! I have been part of a treatment program for over 2.5 years now and I still see my dietitian and therapist weekly so i will definitely be talking to both of them this week. I just feel so lonely with all of these awful thoughts. Thanks again! Truly!0
