Seen so many variations of the nutritional info.
From 500cals a portion to 1500 cals.
I'm talking an average size cod, chips and mushy peas.
The particular fish and chip shop I go to isn't overly greasy like some, or so that how it seems.
I'm going tomorrow so would like to know what people think, I've always put down as 1000cals.
Thanks!!

I know the feeling when looking up entries for chip shop items! I generally log a bag of chips at around 600 calories but I remember years ago being in a chippy and they had a poster advertising fish and chips at being around 950 calories per portion.
I personally think it MUST be higher than that and would probably log around 1250.
Anyway, eat, log and enjoy!0 -
