    There's a little mall bakery near where I used to live that made Butterscotch Pecan cookies... they had like those little skor chip type things in them with pieces of pecan. So good...

    My first reaction would be the chocolate chip, but seeing as this is a person used to a paleo diet, I'll go with the oatmeal raisin (home baked, of course) instead. It'll be familiar ingredients, but presented in a whole new way.
