almost 40 weight 200 and 5ft 10in tall anyone like me

okay so im trying this again for like the 3rd time and i really need some help with the motivation to stick with this. i will be 40 in a few days and im starting out about 250 and i am 5 ft 10 in tall . i was hoping there were some other women out there who started similar to me and can help encourage me and motivate me and i would love to see pics too. i want to lose weight and get healthy but sometimes life keeps me so busy that i dont take time for myself and i know i need to so i want some new friends on here to help me and push me to really do this. also any healthy recipes you want to share would be great or any tips or exercise routines that have helped you toward your goals . i am hoping to start zumba tonight if my knee is up to it(tripped over my puppies and smacked it into the wall again) also my hubby wants to lose weight too so we are going to start walking a few nights a week. thanks everyone

    Hello! I'm 35 and also 5'10". I started at 247 in Oct/Nov and am down to 194. I lose very slowly, but maybe we can motivate each other! Feel free to add me!

    what type of exercises are you ladies doing to get the most out of this? any tricks or hints i would love to know. my daughters and i were suppossed to go to zumba starting last night but we run our own business and by the time we got done with work and got home to cook a healthy dinner we were late so the whole family went to the high school to walk the track. i would have walked longer but my son wore flip flops and didnt listen to me so in the midst of his screwing around he got hurt so we had to go home . new rule tennis shoes on or your going to stay at grandmas!!! i atleast got 3/4 of a mile in before the accident so hopefully tonight i will get in atleast a mile or more.

    i am also 5'10" - started out at 225lbs, currently weigh 198lbs.. goal being around 175lbs.
