Getting Lean! My Last 4 months in Pictures.

This is what 4 months of eating clean, running, JM videos, and Bikram yoga has done for me.

Muffin top- gone!

I love it!

I have a BodyMedia armband. It tells me how many calories I burn every day, and I just make sure I eat at about 500 less than that number.

I've lost about 10 pounds, and about 1-2% of my body fat.

Now it's time to start really watching my macros so I can post a picture in the future of some nice abs ;-)

Keep at it people, it's worth it!
