Goals update

So i'm down 20 lbs (19.5) as of this morning and just thought I'd update you people on where I stand with my goals.

1 goal met: Lose 20
11% of overall goal met: Need to lose 170 (now 150 :) )
40% of 50lb milestone met
20% of 100lb milestone met

It works people! Burn more than you take in. Eat quality calories. I'm loving the results.

    I hit my 20lb goal mark today. I started using My Fitness Pal because we were doing a Biggest Loser competition at work. This is the last week. I am going to continue on this journey though. I'm excited!
