AI... welcome to My Fitness Pal! I've been on here for about two weeks and find that tracking everything I eat helps keep me motivated to keep going. I lift a little but really like to run and switch from treadmill at the gym to outside whenever I can. I also use the RunKeeper app on my phone when I run outside because it keeps track of what I'm running and also tells me (lowers the volume of my music) where I'm at on my run and how long I've been running- which helps motivate me to keep going!
I've got about 48lbs to lose and I know we can both to get to our goals!
