Quick and easy breakfast idea
Just a quick note to share a fast breakfast that I've been doing.
I take a 1/2 cup of oats and prepare it with water. I use just a little bit less than the container suggests in order to make it thicker, and microwave it for a couple of minutes. Then I just add in one container of yogurt. I've been using greek yogurt, since it's what I prefer. There are tons of different flavors, and the creaminess and fruit go very well with the oats.
It's a nice substitution for the cream, sugar, and butter I used to put in my oatmeal in the mornings.

It's definitely a stick-to-your-ribs kind of meal!0

I do something similar, adding about a 1/4 cup of a healthy cereal, like Kashi, Grape Nuts, or Bran, for a little crunch and texture. I will try this also, thank you!0
