How tall are you? just wondering, I started at 302 and I am now 261 and have lost 41 lbs. I have went from a 26 to a 22, but I am 6 feet tall too, so I was just curious. feel free to add me, love having new friends.0

Looking SEXY! And I love the shirt! Where'd you get it? I figure we have to live far enough apart so if we're both rocking it, NO ONE WILL KNOW.
It was a one day shirt I follow dayoftheshirt.com everyday and find shirts like that. And thank you! lol0 -
awesome! you look great, and hope you can keep up the amazing work.
Do you mind sharing 'what you've been doing'? I am struggling as well with the weight loss, feel a little stuck right now, and would love to hear about what worked for you
Honestly...it's nothing crazy. I started by tracking everything I ate normally for a week and realized how bad it really was and then from there I just kept cutting out little by little but nothing is all the way cut out other then soda. I stopped drinking soda if I need a mid day caffine fix I have some iced tea. I've never eaten perfect but now I am where I stay well within my calories and I do any workout video in the morning atleast 20 min long...like 30 day shred. and then in the afternoon I have been walking/running on my treadmill. I walk for the first 5 min and then I run 1 min. walk 2 until I finish a mile or if I'm really feeling good I will go for as long as I can but I have to hit the 1 mile.0 -

Great job! Also, I love the shirt you have on in your after picture! I have one with Chell on it from Portal. I bought it in a women's XL and it looked awful on me when it shrunk in the wash. I can't wait until I can wear it again.0

Great job! How tall are you?
It's funny how bodies don't all respond the same way!
I started with similar numbers (306 SW; 260 CW----I can almost see 50 pounds down!!)
The funny thing is my size hasn't dropped like yours. I started with 26+ (my 26s were snug and I was wearing 4X elastic waist pants).
Now I can fit into 24s and 26s (depending on the make). And I can wear a 2x (22/24) shirt. I have lost 2 band sizes on my bra.0 -
Girl, you look great! When I got married almost four years ago my wedding dress was a size 26 and now I'm a size 16.
Keep it up!!0 -
You look gorgeous, congratulations.0

Awesome , keep up the good work. Stay focused and train your brain. You can do it I know you can. My biggest weight ever was 245, sense February of this year 2013, I began going to the gym and watching my weight. I have a friend who was physically fit, who taught taboo, karate and owned his own gym. Have not one, not two but three strokes, starting in 2005 and he worked in a maximum security prison. Once his stroke started happening he could not work his last one was in 2007. But he did not let them keep him down. He used taboo to bring him back. He will be 51 his birthday next month, and he still kicking and punching his way through life along with eating healthy. And he as done that sense I've known him. He is my motivation for staying fit. He also give me tips own physical exercise, to help me become a better me. So that's why I say if I can do it you can to. Go get em girlie. For got to mention sense February to this month I weigh 212 pounds. I weighed Friday morning. So I have lost 33 pounds. I'm so proud of myself, and I'm down to an 18 can get into some 16.0
