A glut of borage!

I planted a garden earlier in the year, and my borage is become legion. Has anyone cooked with it? The young leaves were pleasant for salads and such, but now that they're larger and rougher, eating them raw isn't really an option anymore.
One thing I will try is to make ravioli with them, but does anyone else have any recipes they have used for it before?

Compost?
I consider it an invasive species (which it is in N.A.). I weed it out.0 -

I actually grew this one on porpoise. It's delicious, however it is in a planter of it's own, so unless I let it bolt, it would be going beyond its bounds.0 -
Apparently sautéeing along with other greens with olive oil, garlic and chilli is good. I've never tried it but I remember having loads of the plants at the bottom of the garden at my parents!0

Looks like most of the recipes call for young borage, but some look worth trying.
I would just use them just like you do any cooked spinach...I love spinach, is borage a similar taste? Love any greens really, never met one I don't like LOL0
