I just looked at your diary for the last week, and your calories are REALLY low. Going from lean to ripped is a different ballgame than going from overweight to lean. Your body is REALLY going to hang on to that last bit of fat.
I have gotten over the hump in the past by eating back up to maintenance for a couple of weeks. This gives your body a hormonal reset. Of course the tricky part is determining what maintenance is and sticking with that calorie limit. From there, go back to a slight calorie deficit from maintenance (maybe 500 calories - 1lb a week).
Just another option to consider0 -

The last week I haven't been logging properly last week of kids in school so I had to log whatever I remembered in the evenings. If you look a couple of weeks back there should be quite few days in the red lol!0 -
They look really great now! Just saying
Thank you!! I am flexing though, not sure I can do it all day on the beach lol!!!
They really do look great!! I have the same problem - I just cheat and do a direct ab workout the morning before I hit the beach, and make sure to flex whenever a photo is taken. lol
Cheater-pants.
PS: This is my compromise after figuring out I wasn't ready for the amount of sacrifice and dedication it takes to maintain 16% body fat year round. I sacrificed abs for an easier to maintain body fat percentage.
lol!!! I will have to practice my ab flexing photo pose, glad to see it's not just me!!!0 -
