I bought a jar of Tahini for a recipe and now don't know what to do with the rest of it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

You could try putting tahini as an ingredient here: http://www.food.com/ and see what comes up that interests you!

Hummus! There are other dips like baba ganouj or you can just mix it with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and spices as you like for a simpler dip. I've used it as a base for salad dressing or sauce for roasted vegetables. I've found that tahini lasts a long time in the fridge, it just takes some strong stirring.

with lemon juice and salt, it's a great salad dressing (I'm sure you can add more things too).

This. Put this mix on kale and it's delicious. I add in a little olive oil and water to make it a thinner without making it too lemony (also makes it go further without adding too many calories--I like to really coat the kale with it).

Mix a bit of lemon juice (or even water) into it to make it pourable, and put it on top of tabbouleh, or falafels... use it on cooked chicken, mix it into chicken salad, etc..

    Found this: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/asian_chicken_salad.html
    and this: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus/collections/healthy_recipes_with_tahini

that I will have to try myself...

Soy, lemon juice and a little vinegar. Great for Asian style salads.
