Hey! I'm new to myfitnesspal. How do other mothers find time to excersize and be with your kids as much as possible? I'm having a hard time balancing it especially since my kids are very young (4, 2 and 5 months).

    I have to get up earlier than normal to exercise with out my 2 year old. And since I am now exercising and eating right I sleep better at night and its not so hard for me to get up an hour earlier than normal. It is very surprising how much things have changed in only the week or so I have been on SI6 and I am loving it.

    I have a 5 week old and I try and exercise during one of his naps. Even if you can get 20 min in its better than nothing
  • Thank you =) I'm trying to get most of my workout when all three are napping, hopefuly it will get easier when my oldest starts school in a couple weeks.
