It's you.

That's right. This is obvious to some but:

You have to decide you want to change.

You have to do the study and make the necessary calculations to get your numbers right.

You have to check the calories in your food before you eat it.

You have to have the self control to stop eating when you've had enough.

You have to say "no" to offers of more.

You have to get up and go work out.

You have to avoid making excuses.

No one else can do this for you.

No one else is at fault if you fail.

And, most importantly, no one else deserves the praise when you succeed.
