Ok, so back when I was horribly out of shape, I started doing "Core Rythms". It worked GREAT! ..... I didn't lose much weight, but lost several inches off my middle....... But now, I can do it for over 2 hours and I don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it any more..... I tried insanity but thats just too intense. .... Does anyone know of something inbetween???

If you're a trainer/ promotor just trying to sell me the latest crap, don't bother responding. I've had enough people trying to sell me stuff that I can smell a sales pitch/ buddy-buddy scam a mile away.

Real people with real answers welcome to respond! :)

Thanks!

Also, Jillian Michael's works at building muscle but .... Don't see much difference in the mirror as far as getting any smaller.

Try dailyhiit.com. I love this sight! It's free, and it sends you new workouts everyday once you sign up. Also, there's some pretty good workouts on youtube.

Try Kickboxing DVD. There's a lot of kickboxing video in youtube too such as Shadowboxer and Denise austin kickboxing.
  • I have had great luck with Zumba, Jillian Michaels, and also i have an app on my phone called couch to 5k and it has been great. I alternate between the three so i don't get to bored with one.

If you have an App capable device, the Nike Training Club app for women is something I love. On a pretty day, I can go outside away from the TV and just train away. Videos help show you moves, and a timer is built in for each segment.

jefit.com has a lot of good options for exercises and workouts. I would recommend taking a look and seeing if you can find something that suits you.
